What we actually build.
These are use cases we build for. Each one is a real category of work, explained plainly.
WhatsApp Sales and Support Agent
Handles hundreds of daily enquiries without anyone typing responses.
A customer sends a message asking about a product, its price, or whether it is in stock. The agent reads the message, checks the product database, and replies with the right information. If the customer wants to place an order, the agent captures the details and logs them. If something comes up that the agent should not handle alone, it passes the conversation to a human with full context.
Retail and e-commerce businesses handling high volumes of daily WhatsApp enquiries. Particularly useful for businesses where the same product questions come in repeatedly.
Predictive Equipment Maintenance
Flags a developing fault before it stops production.
Equipment sends operational data continuously. The system watches for patterns that historically precede failures, things that are not yet a problem but will become one. When it detects something developing, it raises an alert with a plain-language description of what it is seeing and a recommended action. The goal is to fix something while it is still cheap to fix.
Manufacturers and businesses running their own generators and heavy equipment. Any operation where unplanned downtime is significantly more expensive than planned maintenance.
Offshore Asset Monitoring
Tracks vessel movement and raises alerts when something looks wrong.
Vessels around an offshore asset are tracked continuously. The system knows which vessels are authorised to be there, where the protected perimeters are, and what normal movement looks like. When a vessel goes dark, enters a restricted area, or moves in a way that does not match its declared activity, an alert is raised with the vessel identity, location, and timeline.
Oil and gas operators managing offshore assets. Security and operations teams who need situational awareness without someone manually watching a screen.
Document Intelligence Agent
Reads your documents and answers questions from them.
You feed the agent your contracts, invoices, reports, or any other documents. You ask it a question. It finds the answer, quotes the exact passage, and tells you where in the document it came from. You can ask follow-up questions and it maintains context. It does not guess or summarise loosely. It cites the source.
Law firms, accounting practices, consultancies, and any business that regularly works with long documents and needs to extract specific information from them quickly.
Inventory and Supply Chain Automation
Tracks stock, flags reorder points, and surfaces slow-moving items automatically.
Stock data from multiple locations is pulled together automatically. The system knows your reorder thresholds and flags items that are running low before they run out. It also surfaces items that are sitting too long, so you know where your capital is tied up. Reports generate themselves instead of someone building them each week.
Distributors and wholesalers managing stock across multiple locations. Businesses where someone currently spends significant time building manual inventory reports.
Clinic Intake and Scheduling Agent
Handles booking, reminders, and patient intake before the visit.
A patient messages or calls to book an appointment. The agent checks availability, confirms the booking, and sends a reminder closer to the date. Before the visit, it collects basic intake information from the patient so the clinical team has it before they walk in. Follow-up messages go out automatically after the visit. Front desk staff handle exceptions, not routine scheduling.
Hospitals, private clinics, and specialist practices where front desk staff spend a significant portion of their time on scheduling and basic intake logistics.
